Jalapeno Bacon Poppers. These little jalapeño poppers are wrapped in bacon and have a little extra kick to them with a hint of adobo and smoked paprika.
16 jalapeno peppers, cut in half lengthwise
1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
1/2 chipotle in adobo pepper, cut into tiny pieces, as small as possible
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 pound of bacon, cut pieces in half
